Wool Quilting

In the wool quilting process the 90″ wide roll of pure carded wool is fed through the quilting machine along with a roll of fabric for backing the wool and another roll of fabric for the top of the wool. The preselected quilting pattern is sewn in the machine and the finished product comes out of the machine on the other side where it is then rolled up. The roll of quilted wool is then cut to the size of the various mattress sizes.
