It’s easy. Simply offer each style/model in a wide variety of firmness and make it available with a choice of firmness (soft, medium, firm or extra firm) on each side. That is how we designed each model in our Slumber Bouquet line of organic mattresses.
These mattresses can also be adjusted after they are in your home. Really? Yes indeed. We allow you to sleep on your choice of firmness for up to three months and if you want your mattress to be made firmer or softer, we will come to your home (In the Rogue Valley) and exchange a layer of latex at no charge to you. If you have ordered from outside our local area, we will ship a new layer to you.
This fear of making a buying decision stems from the insecurity of not knowing whether you will like the mattress you have chosen in a store or online when you sleep on it. It’s not unusual. Getting a new mattress should be a joyful experience and not a stress inducing one.
And what if you are still not happy after we adjust the firmness, you may ask? We will then refund the purchase price less a 15% return fee.
